1932 - 2015
Born in 1932 in Danville, in the Eastern Townships (Québec), Yvette Boulanger was a professional artist who painted for over 40 years.
This sensitive artist has always been a lover of nature, which she depicted in her paintings through the emotions she deeply felt. She loved to roam across the side roads of Québec, hunting for beautiful landscapes or old houses to paint. She was always looking for scenes that reminded her of the courage and hard work of her ancestors. Always on the lookout, she sketched those little happy moments that she loved to share.
Since her beginnings, Yvette Boulanger exhibited throughout Québec and Canada. Her pieces are part of numerous public and private collections in Québec, Canada and abroad.
