As the weather goes from sunny to tempestuous near the water, Leclerc draws with anything he can have: pens, color pencils or ink of China. The child who loves to draw likes also to invent his own world. Teenager, the maritime theme is one of his favourite. Old looking boats paintings are sold for few cents to tourists by the artist.
At 16 years old, Leclerc goes to the CEGEP of Lévis-Lauzon in architecture drawing studies. When 22, older painters initiate him to the world of art and help him to understand the price of being an artist.
