ROger ChouiNARD, said RONARD, was born in Lévis, Québec.
Visual arts was a family trait, and he was enrolled early in design and art classes, where his young talent was quickly acknowledged.
During his informatic career he still did some sketching and paintings as a dilettante and caught all occasions to improve his art.
He then increased and publicised his artistic activities by presenting exhibitions and participating to symposiums where he was judged and awarded by his peers.
His paintings are part of many collections.
